Private Yoga Sessions
Interested in a more personalized experience? A private session is a wonderful way to get the specific support you need. I offer guidance on yoga postures, can design sequences based on your specific needs, can help you work through specific injuries. We also may spend time on yogic philosophy and deeper yogic practices to cultivate more awareness and fullness in your experience. I may also incorporate somatic experiencing into our sessions.
