Class Schedule & Description

Sunday Morning Yoga:  12:30 - 1:45pm ET 

Monday Yoga: 3:00 - 4:00pm ET

Wednesday Yoga: 3:00 - 4:00pm ET

Thursdays Slow Flow: 7:00 - 8:00pm ET

Yoga classes are all levels.  We start by building awareness of the body with accessible movements.  We build some heat with standing postures.  We wind down and always do Savasana (rest pose).  

Slow Flow classes incorporate mostly floor postures, and low to the ground postures.  We will start with awareness and fluid, gentle movements.  There will be some targeted strength.  We will end with deep stretches and restorative postures.

Yoga mat

Wall Space

2 yoga blocks

2 yoga straps (8' or 10')
