Service Description

This class explores dynamic movement and breath. We usually start on the ground, building somatic awareness of our bodies and the area we may be working in class. We will use some props and simple, accessible movements. We build quite quickly, adding more resistance, and standing postures. This class will balance strength and ease. You will be challenged at times, and there will be plenty of pauses and breaks to integrate the work. My hope is you will leave feeling strong, uplifted and have less pain. Props you might want: yoga mat 2 yoga blocks 1-2 yoga straps (8' or 10') yoga blanket bolster (sometimes) therabands (sometimes) wall space (sometimes)
