Thursday Slow Flow Yoga

Service Description
We will spend the first half of class in slow, luxurious and easy movement. Movements will emphasize unwinding the body and mind. You will mostly be lying down, or low to the ground. The second half will be yin, restorative and breathing exercises for you to really drop into rest and release your day. Expect a longer savasana (rest pose at the end) You will likely want 1-2 blankets, 2 blocks, 1-2 yoga straps, and a bolster or pillow for this class.
