The knees are seemingly a simple joint, yet so many of us have injury or take them for granted. This workshop will focus on how to strengthen the entire leg, all to support our knee joint. The knees have a direct impact on our ability to feel grounded, and gain power in our stance. We will start with an anatomy based lecture, looking at this joint and all the many things around it. We will mostly be on our mats, experiencing what we have learned. There will be time for some personal feedback, and time for questions.
