If you practice yoga, you already know it's good for your nervous system. But what exactly is your nervous system? And how does yoga help, exactly? And, is it all good all the time? Or does it depend? Over the course of 4 days, we will explore all of this and more. Each day will include lecture/discussion, yogic and somatic practices, and of course time for questions. You will leave with an understanding of your unique system, and practices to support yourself and others.
This course is open to all, regardless of experience.
