Soma Yoga Retreat

Diana & Veronica are so thrilled to be returning the the stunning Green Rock Retreat center near Bend, OR.    Soma Yoga Retreat is all about connecting to what is most essential.  Over the course of the weekend you will be held by the gorgeous high desert ecosystem, the crooked river gorge, ancient juniper trees, and the smell of fresh sage.   You will be held by a community of people who, like you, believe in the importance of slowness, ease, pleasure & friendship.  And amazing food!

Each day will be an intentional blend of movement and stillness.  Daily yoga classes, somatic movement & education sessions, nature walks, art, alongside plenty of time for you to enjoy peace and quiet.  

 

Diana & Veronica will facilitate a weekend for you to be taken care of, reset your nervous system, and connect with nature.
